Product Training Executive Assistant (Nutrition) Full-Time

The candidate will be tasked to handle the training to provide and update product knowledge to Business Owners, Members and Customers.

Responsibilities:
-Analyze, design, develop and conduct product training program to align with marketing strategies and plans
-Monitor training implementation schedule for the assigned product category. Ensure training procedures are implemented efficiently.
-Set up feedback mechanisms of implemented programs for the purpose of improving or adapting future programs, measuring market/distributor acceptability.

Qualifications:
-Male or Female, age over 26 years
-Bachelor Degree or higher in Pharmacist, Nutrition or any related fields
-Preferably with 2-3 years experience as product trainer in related product lines
-Excellent communication, interpersonal relations skills and with high leadership potential
-Able to work effectively in high pressured environment
-Very pleasing personality
-Excellent/Good command in English both speaking and writing
-Proficient in computer and presentation skill
-Must be willing to travel
