J&T Express Extends Support to Flood-Affected Communities in Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand — J&T Express, a leading global express parcel delivery and logistics service provider, is continuing its J&T Care project by providing assistance to alleviate the hardship faced by people affected by the flooding situation in Bangkok. The company donated drinking water and dry food to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration at the Department of Drainage and Sewerage, 1st Floor, Bangkok City Hall (Din Daeng), where Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, received the donation on behalf of the BMA for distribution to people affected by the flooding situation in the affected areas.

In addition to providing assistance to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, on September 26, 2026, J&T Express also donated 1,200 bottles of drinking water through the Bang Khun Thian District Civil Defense Volunteer Radio Center for distribution to people affected by the flooding in the area. The Civil Defense Volunteer Radio Center plays a role in receiving incident reports, coordinating with relevant parties, and supporting officials in disaster prevention and mitigation, as well as coordinating assistance and ensuring the safety of people in the area.
This assistance was provided amid heavy rainfall and flooding in several areas of Bangkok, which affected residents’ daily lives and travel. The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and relevant agencies continue to monitor the situation and provide assistance to affected residents, while drinking water, dry food, and essential supplies remain important in helping alleviate the hardship faced by those affected during such circumstances.
J&T Express is committed to standing alongside communities, and continues to deliver support and assistance in times of crisis. It is our sincere hope that flood conditions across all affected areas will soon recede, and that residents will be able to return to safe, normal lives at the earliest opportunity.
