Job Responsibilities

Main Purpose:
? Lead the penetration of key procedure in key account and can develop the action plan to growth key account within SI portfolio.
? Develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and OR nurse.
? To assist in achieving sales revenue and market share targets by working with key account customer and sales team.
? Work with sales and marketing team to implement plans to conduct patient flow and surgery adoption in all focus procedure.

Key Accountabilities:
? Work with key account customer in the operating room.
? Analyze, identify define and prioritize the short and long term plan to increase the advance surgery and SI product penetration in key account.
? Track and communicate key measurement of procedural development and market penetration to all SI team.
? Deliver analytical reporting on key accounts throughput, procedural volume, market trends on a timely and regular basis.
? Gather market intelligence on hospital therapy utilization rate and general competitive activities
? Ensure that the highest level of product and therapy knowledge is attained and maintained in order to support customers on product features and therapy.
Basic Qualifications

? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Customer focused: Understands and delivers good customer service
? Professional presentation / presence
? Enjoys interacting and participating in a team environment
? Ability to quickly establish credibility with all customers
? New Graduate or 1-2 year experience in operating room or technical field in hospital
? Medical science degree, or similar preferred
? Some out of hours work may be required
? Some overseas travel may be required
? Possess driving license
